About Me
I'm Rhiannon - personal trainer, strongwoman competitor, and founder of Not So Typical Fitness. I specialise in working with neurodivergent people and anyone who's been excluded by traditional gym culture.
I'm a size 20 athlete preparing for my first strongwoman competition. I know what it's like to walk into spaces that weren't built for you. That's why I create different ones.
