Why I Created This

I'm Rhi - founder of Not So Typical Fitness and a size 20 strongwoman competitor.

I spent years feeling like I didn't fit the fitness industry.

I'm fat, neurodivergent, and refuse to participate in diet culture or toxic gym bro bullshit.

For a long time, I thought I was the problem.

Turns out, the industry is the problem. And there are loads of us who don't fit the mould - we're just harder to find.

This guide is what I wish someone had given me when I started.

It won't solve everything, but it'll help you feel less alone and give you practical tools to build differently.
