How It Works
Most workout programmes assume you have consistent energy, motivation, and executive function. The Movement Menu doesn't.
Instead of a fixed plan you'll never follow, you get three menus; 10, 20, and 30 minutes; each with options based on where you are, what equipment you have, and how much energy you actually have today.
Rate your energy from 1–10.
Low energy? Recovery walk or stretch and breathe session. Medium energy? Lower body circuit or easy run. High energy? Full body EMOM or hills.
That's it. One decision. One workout. Done.
