A low-decision workout system for neurodivergent adults with executive function challenges. Answer 3 questions. Get 1 workout. No thinking required.
Access to 10, 20, and 30-minute menus; each with options based on your location, equipment, and energy level that day.
Low energy? Recovery walk or stretch and breathe. Medium energy? Lower body circuit or easy run. High energy? Full body EMOM or hills.

Step 1: Free Discovery Call We talk about your goals, challenges, and which option is the right fit. No pressure, just honest conversation.
Step 2: Personalised Assessment I learn about your sensory needs, energy patterns, lifestyle, and movement preferences. Not a generic questionnaire; a real conversation.
Step 3: Your Programme or Menu Access Full coaching clients get a bespoke programme built for their brain, delivered through the app with video demos for every exercise. Movement Menu clients get immediate app access with all three menus ready to go.
Step 4: Ongoing Support Weekly check-ins and WhatsApp support for full coaching clients. Direct messaging for Movement Menu clients. Everything adapts as you do.

Common Questions
How much time do I need? Most clients train 3–4 times per week for 30–45 minutes. But your programme is built around your actual availability — shorter sessions, fewer days, working around energy crashes. Whatever you can realistically do.
What equipment do I need? You can start with minimal equipment — a mat and dumbbells covers most of it. I provide alternatives based on what you have. Some clients train at home, others at a gym.
What if I need to cancel or pause? Life happens. You can pause for up to 2 months or cancel with 2 weeks' notice. No penalties, no guilt.
How is this different from other online coaching? Sensory-friendly exercise options, flexible scheduling for energy fluctuations, visual guides, decision-free workout options for high executive function demand days, and a coach who gets it firsthand. No explaining, no masking required.
Can I switch to in-person later? Yes. If you're based in Wolverhampton and want to move to in-person training, we'll transition when space is available.
