Winchester | In-person

Who I work best with I work with neurodivergent people, those with chronic illness or injury, and anyone who's been dismissed, patronised, or pushed too hard by trainers who didn't take the time to understand them. If you've ever felt like your body is a problem to be solved, you're exactly who I'm here for.

My approach Holistic, adaptive, and genuinely led by you. We focus on getting stronger and more comfortable in your body; in the gym and beyond it. That might mean modifying exercises, adjusting for sensory needs, or just slowing down and actually listening. No "no excuses" culture here.
