Full Coaching Package: support that goes beyond the session

Coaching for the days that feel impossible

Rhiannon Cooper is standing under a tree in West Park, Wolverhampton, holding two dumbbells in a shoulder press movement to exercise outside.

This is your all-in, flexible support system. We work together across all aspects of your fitness and wellbeing – not just the workouts. You’ll have regular contact with me, customised plans, backup options when things feel too much, and guidance to help you stay connected to your goals even through burnout, overwhelm, or mental health dips.

  • Mix of in-person, home, or gym-based sessions

  • Weekly check-ins and flexible planning

  • Access to a private support hub (Notion or app)

  • Movement options for high and low-energy days

  • Strategies for managing shutdown, stress, and motivation

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s progress, self-trust, and sustainable routines that last.

You don’t need to feel ready. You just need to feel willing.

I offer a free, no-pressure discovery call where we can talk through your goals, fears, and what support might look like — no judgment, no obligation.

I’m autistic and ADHD myself, and I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t belong in traditional fitness spaces. That’s why I created Not So Typical Fitness – a place where neurodivergent women can build strength, confidence, and routines without pressure or shame.

You don’t have to mask here. You don’t have to push through when you’re melting down. You just have to show up. I’ll meet you where you are.

This Isn’t Just PT. This Is Personal.

Whether you’re gym-curious, housebound, or starting from square one – I’m here to help.

Testimonials

  • I’ve never felt this safe in a gym before. Rhiannon just gets how my brain works and is the first personal trainer to listen to my worries when it comes to my health conditions. Other PTs pushed me too far and dismissed my physical health conditions leading to injury - I don't worry about this with Rhiannon and my strength and confidence is building every session!
