Gym Confidence Starter Package
£349 | 4 Sessions Over 4 Weeks
Choose this if: You need support getting started but don't want long-term commitment, or you're testing whether 1:1 training is right for you.
What happens:
Session 1: Pre-Session Consultation & Gym Familiarisation We meet at a quiet time. I show you the layout, where everything is, which equipment does what, and when to come to avoid the crowds. No working out yet - just getting comfortable in the space.
Sessions 2-3: Personalised Workout Plan & Form Coaching You learn exactly what to do and how to do it safely. We build your personalised program with sensory modifications (alternative exercises when things feel overwhelming, adjustments for noise/lights/sweat).
Session 4: Confidence-Building & Independence You practice your workout independently while I'm there for questions. By the end, you know what to do without me.
Between sessions: WhatsApp support for questions, form-check videos, and "I don't know what to do" moments.

8-Week Strength & Confidence Programme

Everything in the Starter Package, plus:
Progressive Strength Training Your program evolves every 2 weeks as you get stronger. We're not just teaching you exercises - we're building a system that works long-term.
Ongoing Programme Adjustments Bad brain week? Burned out? Energy tanked? We adapt your workouts based on what your nervous system can handle that week, not some arbitrary plan.
Video Exercise Library Access to demonstration videos so you can train independently between our sessions with confidence.
Nutrition Guidance (Optional) If you want it: practical, neurodivergent-friendly nutrition support. No diet culture, no meal plans you'll never follow, no "just eat clean" nonsense.
Extended WhatsApp Support Priority responses throughout all 8 weeks. Send form-check videos, ask questions, get modifications when something isn't working.

Hi, I'm Rhiannon Cooper
I'm an autistic and ADHD personal trainer based in Wolverhampton who believes fitness should feel safe, supportive, and designed around you—not the other way around.
I didn't always understand my own neurodivergence. For years, I pushed through burnout, ignored sensory overload, and tried to force myself to train "the normal way." It nearly destroyed my relationship with exercise entirely.
When I finally got my autism and ADHD diagnoses, everything clicked. I realised:
