  • What can I expect from a personal training session?

    Every session is tailored to your goals and energy levels. We'll focus on movement that feels good and build your confidence—whether that’s strength training, cardio, mobility, or a mix.

  • Do I have to be fit to start personal training?

    Absolutely not! You don’t need to “get fit” before starting. I help you begin right where you are—no judgment, just progress.

  • I’m autistic/ADHD/anxious—will I be understood?

    Yes! I specialise in working with neurodivergent people. You’ll be supported in a way that suits your brain and body, with no pressure to mask or explain.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Standard sessions are 45–60 minutes. We can adapt depending on your needs, energy, or schedule.

  • Do you only work in gyms?

    I currently work at JD Gyms Wolverhampton and Codsall Leisure Centre, but I also offer online support and check-ins for clients who prefer home workouts or need flexibility.

  • What if I don’t know how to use gym equipment?

    That’s okay! I’ll guide you step-by-step and explain everything. You’ll never be left guessing or feeling awkward.

  • Can you help with weight loss?

    I focus on building sustainable habits and improving your relationship with movement and food. Weight loss may be part of your goal—but it’s never the only focus.

  • Do you provide meal plans?

    I offer guidance and tools for better nutrition but not strict meal plans. If needed, I can refer you to a registered dietitian.

  • Can I bring fidget tools, headphones, or stim safely during sessions?

    100% yes. You’re welcome to use anything that helps regulate your sensory needs.

  • What if I cancel or reschedule due to burnout or shutdowns?

    I offer flexibility and understanding—life happens, and we work around it. Just let me know as soon as you can.

  • Do you mask during sessions?

    No. I show up authentically and welcome you to do the same. There’s no need to pretend to be okay or hide how you’re feeling.

  • How do I book a session?

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing varies depending on location and session type. See the Pricing page or get in touch for personalised options.

  • Do you offer packages or discounts?

    Yes, I offer bundle deals and lower-cost accountability options. Payment plans are also available for longer-term coaching.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations where possible. I’m flexible with emergencies, especially for neurodivergent clients.
