Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns only for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rhiannoncooper.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and confirm whether a refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or for change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items refused due to unpaid customs fees.
