Training in a gym doesn’t have to be scary, overstimulating, or confusing. Together, we create a plan that helps you feel safe, seen, and supported. We focus on understanding your environment, preparing for sessions with clear instructions, and developing coping strategies for the sensory or social stress that gyms can bring.

  • One-to-one gym sessions at JD Gyms or Codsall Leisure Centre

  • Full induction and tour so nothing feels unfamiliar

  • Help with learning equipment at your pace

  • Flexible programming built around your energy and focus

  • Support if anxiety or executive dysfunction hit before a session

Codsall Leisure Centre

The gym at Codsall Leisure Centre provides a wide range of cardio, fixed and free weights available to both members and non-members.

Their fitness suite is attached to the high school and as such as varying opening hours which should be considered if wanting sessions here.

 

JD Gyms

As a 24 hour gym, JD Gym can be a good choice if you want flexibility when it comes to appointments. I’m a member of the gym team so can offer you inductions and various group exercise classes with me during my working hours and alongside your in-person sessions.
