Gym-Based Support: Confidence in a shared space
Feel comfortable in the gym, without masking, guessing, or burning out
Training in a gym doesn’t have to be scary, overstimulating, or confusing. Together, we create a plan that helps you feel safe, seen, and supported. We focus on understanding your environment, preparing for sessions with clear instructions, and developing coping strategies for the sensory or social stress that gyms can bring.
