Which Workout Today?
Answer 3 Questions. Get 1 Workout. No Thinking Required.
If you've ever opened a fitness app, stared at it for 20 minutes, and then just... not worked out; this is for you.
The Movement Menu is a monthly fitness membership designed specifically for neurodivergent adults who struggle with executive function.
No planning. No decisions. No guilt when life gets in the way.
Just three questions. One workout. Done.
Here's how simple it is:
1. Rate your energy from 1–10 (how you actually feel, not how you wish you felt)
2. Tell the system where you are (home or away)
3. Tell it if you can get outside
That's it. The decision tree gives you exactly one workout from the menu; 10, 20, or 30 minutes depending on which menu you're using that day.
Low energy today? You get a recovery walk or a stretch and breathe session.
Medium energy? Lower body circuit or easy run.
High energy? Full body EMOM or hills.
And if 30 minutes feels like too much the moment you start, drop to 20. Drop to 10. That is not failure. That is using the system correctly.
For the days when everything feels impossible:
Ignore everything else. Put on shoes. Walk outside. Walk 10 minutes. Come back. Log it.
This counts as success.
Because showing up on your worst days is the whole point. Fitness that only works when you feel good isn't sustainable fitness.
Rules that actually matter:
1. Don't optimise.
2. Don't overthink.
3. Don't upgrade to longer workouts.
4. Do the 10 minutes.
5. Follow the system.
6. Log it.
That's sustainable fitness.
