Neurodivergent-Informed Personal Training

For anxious, plus-size, and beginner bodies

Personal training isn’t just about workouts, it’s about finding a way to move that feels good for you, in a space where you feel supported. Here’s how we’ll make that happen, step by step.

How to Work With Me

I know the gym can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve never felt like you fit in, or if every “fitness plan” you’ve tried before felt like it wasn’t built for you. That’s why I make the process simple, supportive, and completely tailored to you.

  • Step 1: Book a Free Chat

We’ll have a relaxed 20-minute call to talk about your goals, your challenges, and how I can best support you. No pressure, just a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

  • Step 2: Choose Your Path

I offer different ways to work together, depending on your needs, including Confidence Starter Sessions, 1:1 Personal Training and Ongoing Coaching & Support.

  • Step 3: Start at Your Pace

Whether you want to dip your toe in with one session or commit to a program, we’ll move forward in a way that feels safe, manageable, and right for you.

  • Step 4: Grow Together

You’ll get ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments along the way, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.

Packages & Support Options

Finding the right support for your goals is personal; everyone’s starting point and lifestyle is different. That’s why I offer a few flexible options to suit your needs.

Start with a free discovery call so we can chat about your goals, your schedule, and the type of support that feels best for you.

  • I Help People Who:

Want to start moving more, but feel overwhelmed by where to begin.

Have tried before, but found traditional gyms and fitness plans just didn’t work.

Are autistic, ADHD, or neurodivergent, and need a trainer who truly gets it.

Want a non-judgmental space to learn, grow, and feel stronger (mentally and physically).

  • What makes this different?

    Neurodivergent-friendly coaching
Sensory-aware, flexible plans that account for overwhelm, executive dysfunction, and energy crashes.

    No “fitspo” pressure
No focus on weight loss unless you want it. We train for strength, mobility, mood and confidence.

    Realistic progress
Start with one session a week? Brilliant. You set the pace.

  • I’ve never felt this safe in a gym before. Rhiannon just gets how my brain works and is the first personal trainer to listen to my worries when it comes to my health conditions. Other PTs pushed me too far and dismissed my physical health conditions leading to injury - I don't worry about this with Rhiannon and my strength and confidence is building every session!

    Holly

  • Thank you for yesterday! You made me feel so much more comfortable at the gym! I felt so much better about using the bike & the rowing machine last night! So thank you! 😊

    Katie

  • Thank you so much! Finally feeling better about going to the gym! You were great and made me feel very at ease!

    Maxine

  • You have been truly inspirational today – thank you!

The Not So Typical Approach:

  • Sensory-Aware Training

Environments, movements, and equipment selected to prevent overwhelm and maximise comfort.

  • Executive Function Support

Flexible scheduling, reminders, and accountability systems that work with ADHD and autistic brains.

  • Routine Building

Gradual, sustainable habit formation that avoids the burnout cycle

  • Embracing Your Strengths

Focus on what your unique neurotype brings to fitness rather than trying to force neurotypical approaches.

  • Support Between Sessions

You’ll have access to ongoing support between sessions, so you’re never left figuring things out alone.

  • Bespoke Programmes

Your plan is tailored to you, no generic templates, just personalised guidance that fits your life and goals.
