Female Personal Trainer in Wolverhampton

Fitness that celebrates who you are

Hey, I’m Rhiannon, a qualified personal trainer based in Wolverhampton, and I’m not so typical.

I’m an autistic ADHDer, and I help people who feel like the fitness world wasn’t built for them. If you’re anxious about stepping into a gym, overwhelmed by conflicting advice online, or just not sure where to start… you’re in the right place!

Fitness doesn’t have to be intimidating

The hardest part of any journey is getting started, and look… you’ve already done that by being here!

Whether you want to build strength, boost your energy, or finally understand what “reps and sets” mean, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

No shouting. No judgment. No confusing equipment demos. Just clear support in a way that actually works for you.

Why choose me as your personal trainer?

I get it; because I’ve lived it

I’ve lost over 100lbs and completely rebuilt my relationship with fitness. This is after years of struggling with body image, disordered eating, and mental health challenges.

I’ve been the person too scared to walk into a gym. Now, I help others build strength in who they are and gain confidence in ways that feel empowering, not overwhelming.

Neurodivergent and trauma-informed coaching

I know how much sensory overload and anxiety can impact workouts. That’s why I create calm, adaptable sessions where you can show up exactly as you are. Fidgeting during sets? Need things broken down simply? Want to rest more some days? No problem. I’m the same!

Inclusive, fun, and unapologetically YOU

Whether you’re neurodivergent, plus-size, menopausal, anxious, or just a bit gym-shy, I’ll meet you where you are. Expect colourful outfits, a rainbow clipboard, and workouts that make you smile. Why? Because fitness should be enjoyable.

Fitness without the intimidation

If the thought of walking into a gym makes your palms sweat, you’re not alone. I’ve been there. It wasn’t easy for me to step into the gym as someone who struggled with body image and disordered eating. Some days, it felt like I didn’t belong.

But fitness doesn’t have to feel like that! With the right guidance and a supportive coach (hi, that’s me!), the gym can be a space where you feel strong, capable, and proud of yourself.

Fitness is about so much more than aesthetics. It’s about feeling capable, embracing your unique energy, and discovering how strong you really are. Whether you’re brand-new to exercise or looking to level up, I’ll help you create a plan that works for you.

My sessions can be in-person either at JD Gyms, Codsall Leisure Centre or at your home, and are designed to reduce any intimidation. That’s the beauty of working me whether that is in Wolverhampton or further afield, because I know that fitness is for everyone, it’s just that sometimes we need to do things a bit differently.

If you’ve ever felt like the fitness world wasn’t built for you, you’ll work well with me.

Why neurodivergent inclusion matters

Exercise and gyms can be overwhelming.

Too loud, too bright, too much.

That’s why I focus on creating a space where you can feel safe and in control. If you need to slow down, take a breather, or fidget with something between sets, go for it.

This is your journey, and it’s all about what works for you.

Whether your neurodivergent, neurotypical or just wanting to get started, my approach is inclusive for everyone. So, if you relate to sensory struggles or just want a trainer who “gets it,” you’re welcome here.

I create environments where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.

From struggle to strength

A few years ago fitness wasn’t just hard, it actually felt impossible.

But something clicked when I realised that fitness doesn’t need to look the same for everyone. It isn’t about fitting into anyone else’s mould. It’s about finding what works for you.

For me, that meant working through sensory overwhelm and panic the moment I got breathless and learning to find movement that felt good, not terrifying. I ditched the idea of perfection and now I focus on embracing small wins (like when I could finally jump and do jumping jacks - yes- I cried).

Now I’m on a mission to help others like you, in Wolverhampton, nearby areas and online to find a way to prioritise your health in a way that works for you. Health and fitness should make you feel good, and if I can go from avoiding mirrors to loving my strength, so can you.

What makes my approach different?

  • Every single body and every single mind is different. That means that your plan should be different, too. Whether you want to get stronger, build stamina, move more, or just feel a bit better in your body, we’ll shape your training around you.

  • If you’re looking for a shouty bootcamp vibe or a “let’s crush it!” energy drink speech, I’m not your girl. I’m here to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported; not judged or pressured. We’ll laugh, we’ll learn, and I’ll always meet you where you're at (even if that is outside the gym on days when it’s too hard to walk in the doors alone).

  • Accessibility matters! Need clear instructions? Visual prompts? A slower pace or more rest breaks? Brilliant. We’ll figure it all out together before we even begin. I’ll ask how you like to communicate and what you might need to help you succeed, because your brain and body deserve to be supported properly. Don’t know what you need yet? That’s fine too! Let’s work it out as we go.

  • Confession: I love colour (especially pink…), glitter, and bringing a bit of magic into movement. I’ll probably show up with a rainbow clipboard, funky gym leggings and a cheeky grin. Because life’s tough enough and I believe that workouts should feel uplifting, playful, and like something to look forward to.

Fitness is more than physical

Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running on a treadmill. It’s about feeling strong enough to take on challenges (inside AND outside the gym), confident enough to show up as you, and resilient enough to handle life’s ups and downs. For those of us navigating neurodivergence, some days, just getting out of bed feels like a win. That’s okay. My promise to you is that I’ll meet you wherever you are, every single time. Ready to go? What to expect in our sessions

  • Warm-ups that feel good.

  • Dynamic workouts with exercises tailored to your goals.

  • Support for your mind too; I don’t just train bodies, I help build confidence and resilience.

  • We celebrate every win, so big or small, we recognise every step forward.

You don’t have to be fit to start. You don’t have to lose weight first.

You just have to start to get fitter. And I’ll be here for every step of the way; in-person across Wolverhampton or online wherever you are.

Celebrate every win, even the small ones! Did you show up today? Did you try something new? Did you smash a PB? Let’s celebrate it all, because every step forward matters.
